Zeppelin GmbH
Zeppelin GmbH is a holding company and the largest world supplier of the wide range of construction machinery. The Company was founded at the beginning of 1908 in Germany. Today it has its own offices throughout the world. The Company’s history begun 100 years ago – at the time, when Count Ferdinand von Zeppelin, the airship constructor, founded Luftshchiffbau Zeppelin GmbH Company, which today is the main stockholder of Zeppelin GmbH.
Currently Zeppelin GmbH has two separate strategic business divisions: the Trade Division and the Industry Division. Company has also a number of key business directions, such as sales of Construction Machinery, Power Systems (electric generator sets) and Lift Trucks; Silos and Systems manufacture.
In addition to Zeppelin GmbH head office, which is located in Garching (close to Munich, Germany), and the Company’s office in Hamburg (Germany), Zeppelin GmbH has representative offices in Austria, Check Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Switzerland, Russia, Ukraine, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tadzhikistan, Armenia and Belarus. The Company’s has manufacture facilities in Germany, Belgium, Brazil, USA, Singapore, China, India and Italy.
