Application Engineer (Kiev) 

Таможенный Брокер (Киев) 

Требования:

• Высшее образование (желательно менеджмент ВЕД)
• Опыт работына должности таможенного брокера от 1 года
• Знания ПК: MS Office
• Наличие водительских прав, категория В, опыт вождением автомобилем

Комуникативные способности, пунктуальность, системность, умение работать в команде.

 

Обязанности:

• Подготовка и проверка документов для таможенного оформления.
• Обеспечение необходимой информацией.
• Своевременное оформление товаров в разные таможенные режимы
• Получение разрешений, сертификатов, лицензий, для проведения таможенного оформления
• Проведения расчетов, оформления платежных документов, контроль платежей и остатков средств в таможенных органах

Условия работы и оплата:

Зароботная плата: по результатам собеседования
Испытательный срок: 3 месяца

Logistics Specialist (Kiev) 

Requirements for the candidates:

 

• University degree
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Deep knowledge of logistics/import/ customs clearance processes, certification process
• Computer Literate (SAP/Navision knowledge is a plus)
• Good command of English (German is a plus)
• Strong planning and organizational skills, good communicational skills, analytic thinking

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

• RTS dates controlling
• Organization delivery process, tracing transportation and on-time delivery
• Minimizing extra costs and stocks

Mining Sales Coordinator (Komsomolsk) 

Requirements:

• Age: 25 – 40 years old
• Male;
• Education: High Mining technical School
• Experience : knowledge of technical service and maintenance of foreign equipment
• CRM programs knowledge if available;
• English medium to good/capability of improving language skills;
• Good reading/understanding Technical Literature;
• Sales experience/direct working in the mining area and communication skills are complaisant.

Main Responsibilities:  

Employee of the Department is Responsible to:

• Identify the type of the buyer, motives, benefits, satisfactory factors
• Plan sales acti ons
• Know the product which is in the sales program
• Constant work with the customer, presentations, etc
• Technical and Economical Assessment, Feasibility study concerning Product and it's Sales under Contracts
• Strategic relations development with customer
• Proficient and in-time control and presenting of the recommendations to the customer concerning existing mining machine' fleet sold by company
• Coordination of activities among Department's Employees and its subdivisions as well as Company' departments on basis of Company's Strategy

Others:

• Ready to travel within the country and abroad if required
• Learnable
• Communicate able, able to find solutions in an unpleasant or/and difficult environment situation
